We can design and fabricate advanced, high-speed, multilayer networking boards and compute boards (network interface cards, FPGA boards, complex boards containing ASICs, NPUs, CPUs, FPGAs, memory, high-speed serial interfaces, etc.).
We can develop ROICs (read out integrated circuits) for various detectors including SWIR, MWIR and LWIR sensors, very high-speed (GHz sampling at pixel level) ROICs, “tunable” ROICs, radiation-hardened ROICs, etc. We can also develop other chip-level hardware (ASICs, SRAMs, FPGAs, DSPs, etc.) that have advanced capabilities, such as ultra-low power (ULP) capability, radiation-hardness, etc.
