RNET recently has been awarded a Phase II SBIR contract from AFRL/RY to design and fabricate a “tunable” ROIC (read out integrated circuit) that can be used either with MWIR SLS (stained layer superlattice) detector or a LWIR SLS detector. ROICs will be designed, fabricated, hybridized with the detectors, and evaluated for performance.

RNET would like to transition this technology to Prime Contractors and others. Please contact V. (“Nagu”) Nagarajan, President of RNET, for additional information.

RNET has also been awarded the following 3 Phase I SBIR projects:

  1. Phase I SBIR from AFRL/RY to develop ROICs that would detect “energetic” events while staring.
  2. Phase I SBIR from AFRL/RX to develop a fault tolerant ROIC for an IR sensor.
  3. Ultra-low-power (ULP) and radiation-hardened FPGA.

RNET would like to start discussions with Prime Contractors regarding these. We would like to develop products that would meet your future requirements. Please contact V. Nagarajan, President of RNET.
